Join LD Signs and help us take great care of customers and produce accurate, high-quality signage.
LD Signs is looking for an exceptional, hands-on team member with useful prior experience in one or more practical areas. Your experience might be in sign or print work, fabrication, graphics, customer service, sales, web, or another field. Tell us what you have done, how you solve problems, and what you want to contribute.
Everyone on our team helps with shop production, whatever their main interest or department focus. You should be eager to pitch in, work actively on your feet, and help turn approved work into finished products. We value people who notice problems, communicate clearly, and follow through.
What you may do
• Help with shop production based on approved work orders, designs, and instructions.
• Prepare materials, complete assigned hands-on tasks, and check your work against the order.
• Raise unclear specifications or quality concerns before work moves forward.
• Coordinate with teammates across production, graphics, client service, sales, and web when the work calls for it.
• Bring methods from your prior experience and show us where you can add value.
What we are looking for
• Demonstrable prior experience in at least one area you can discuss with specific examples; sign-industry experience is welcome but not required.
• Enthusiasm for active, on-your-feet shop work and helping with production alongside teammates, regardless of your other interests.
• Reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Ability to work full-time in person in Baytown, Texas.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
