Join LD Signs and help us take great care of customers and produce accurate, high-quality signage.
Interested in gaining experience in several parts of a sign business? LD Signs is looking for an exceptional, curious team member who wants to learn by doing and show us what they can contribute. Sign-industry experience is not required. Interest in graphics, sales, web, client service, or other work is welcome.
Everyone on our team helps with shop production, whatever their main interest or department focus. You should be excited to pitch in, work actively on your feet, and help turn approved work into finished products. We value people who ask useful questions, notice problems, communicate clearly, and follow through.
What you may do
• Help with hands-on shop production using approved work orders, designs, and instructions.
• Prepare and organize materials and work in progress for the next step.
• Check your work for accuracy and quality, and ask when details are unclear.
• Tell teammates promptly when you spot a problem or need a decision.
• Contribute in other areas as your interests, demonstrated ability, and business needs align.
What we are looking for
• Interest in gaining practical experience, potentially across several areas of the business.
• Enthusiasm for active, on-your-feet shop work and helping with production alongside teammates, regardless of your other interests.
• Ability to learn an unfamiliar process, follow instructions, ask useful questions, and check completed work.
• Reliable follow-through, clear communication, and attention to detail shown through work, projects, or other commitments.
• Ability to work full-time in person in Baytown, Texas.

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
